Justin is a Director at Next Integration, bringing deep automation expertise from across the FMCG and process manufacturing sectors. His career has focused on the intersection of operational technology and business outcomes — designing and delivering control, SCADA, and information systems that move the needle on plant efficiency, product quality, and decision-making at the line and management levels.

With hands-on experience across consumer goods, beverage, and similar high-throughput manufacturing environments, Justin understands the rhythm of a plant: where automation pays back, where it gets in the way, and how to deliver projects that operators actually use. He combines that operational instinct with strong commercial judgement, helping clients navigate the path from concept through to sustained value realisation.

At Next Integration, Justin leads on client strategy, project oversight, and growing the company’s footprint across South Africa and the broader region.
